Nemona's anxious cries and Pawmot's calls echoed through the valley.
Ever since Baimu had handed the two giant lizards' Poké Balls to the student council president, she had become their caretaker.
But unlike their well-behaved selves under Baimu's care, the two Cover Gods were clearly beyond Nemona's control. She looked like a fresh college graduate forced to raise a mischievous cat and a husky.
She spent all day either looking for the lizards or on her way to look for them.
Even her Pokémon had been drafted into the search. They ran around all day, frantic and miserable.

Pawmot urged Nemona to give the two giant lizards' Poké Balls back to Baimu.
They really couldn't handle this!
Nemona shook her head. "No! We're both Champions! If Baimu can do it, so can I!"
If she couldn't even handle Miraidon and Koraidon, how would she ever catch up to Baimu?
Resolute, she continued searching for the two missing giant lizards.
Pawmot sighed. Sometimes there was nothing more helpless than having a stubborn trainer.

On the open ground outside, a group of researchers debated fiercely while Larry gazed ahead with a calm expression.
Baimu, Penny, and Arven stood there, along with a great many enormous creatures.
The most eye-catching were three bizarre-looking ones.
They resembled the Legendary Pokémon of the Ho-Oh Guard, but not quite enough. It made people wonder whether they were Regional Forms.
Of course, everyone present knew that wasn't the case.
There were ordinary Wild Pokémon in Area Zero, but anything that looked abnormal was a Paradox Pokémon!
Influenced by Tera energy and the Time Machine, these strange creatures that should never have existed had somehow appeared in the world!
