He liked living and training with his Pokémon, enjoyed traveling, often visited the hot springs on the first of the Sevii Islands, and loved Rage Buns more than any other food.
And the reason for bringing all that up was that he stood before Baimu right now—
On top of a Giant Onix, no less.
"Baimu, the Orre Champion?"
Bruno's voice was exceptionally deep. With his bronze skin and bulging muscles, he looked almost like a Wild Hitmonchan from a distance.
Baimu glanced at the Giant Onix. "I've heard a great deal about you, Bruno."
His own Giant Steelix had grown to twenty-two meters long, nearly three meters longer than when they had first met. But at a glance, it seemed smaller than Bruno's Onix—
He estimated that Onix was over thirty meters long.
Its girth wasn't quite as outrageous as its length, but its body was probably four or five meters across.
Its tail disappeared into the rock, while its enormous body coiled through the valley. Even from above, it was an intimidating sight.
A distinct cross-shaped scar beneath its right eye made it look even more vicious, like a gangster.
The Porygon Phone whispered, "It looks a little thinner than ours, but it's longer."
Baimu didn't reply.
He remembered Bruno's Onix was male, and in nature, male Pokémon were larger than female Pokémon...
No, wait.
Neither of these Pokémon was anywhere near a normal size. How could he apply the rules of nature to them?
Baimu's courteous greeting softened Bruno's expression.
With a smile, Bruno said, "I should be saying that. Are you on your way to Pokémon League Headquarters? Sorry for calling you down so suddenly."
The Giant Onix might have towered over everything when it reared up,
