The second wave of reinforcements arrived sooner than Baimu had expected.

They came barely half a day after Shan Ren.

Once the professionals arrived, the less experienced medical staff were left with little to do but assist.

Now and then, Miss Joys' complaints rang out.

"Be gentle! That's not a rock!"

"Don't reuse gloves!"

"That bandage will come loose. Oh, honestly, let me do it!"

"Where's the medicine? You need to have these things ready ahead of time!"

"Audino, you take this one."

"Blissey, I'm counting on you."

And so it went.

The medical staff from Pyrite Town could only handle logistics, embarrassed and helpless. Whether in their treatment of patients and injured Pokémon or in medical skill, they were far behind the Miss Joys.

Baimu was free at last, too.

As an excellent administrator, Shan Ren took charge of operations from the rear. The Rainbow Team ran smoothly under his direction, with a job for everyone—
