Two-Headed Dragon Rush.
Baimu couldn't remember any Pokémon in the anime using one. Even when Hydreigon used Dragon Rush, it still had only one head.
Judging by the result, the change had helped.
It had happened in an instant, but Baimu had seen everything in their clash.
Zweilous's left head had bitten down on the Crabhammer Crawdaunt swung with all its might, while its right head seized the opening and bit Crawdaunt, deciding the fight.
Crabhammer was powerful after Dragon Dance, but the newly evolved Zweilous was still enjoying a beginner's lucky streak. It wasn't going down that easily.
If Two-Headed Dragon Rush causes problems later, I'll just correct it then...
Baimu made up his mind.
But why did it form two heads? I never taught Zweilous to do that.
Baimu couldn't yet share thoughts with Zweilous, so he had no idea it had its own simple but "rigorous" logic: since it had two heads, Dragon Rush ought to form two dragon heads of energy instead of one.
Otherwise, both heads would have to share a single dragon head of energy. How weird would that be?
"Hey-woo!" "Hey-woo!"
Zweilous gave each of its trainer's hands a bite, then wagged its short, stubby tail in satisfaction.
"Are you a dog? Look how fast you're wagging your tail."
Baimu laughed.
Like Deino, Zweilous had a pitifully short tail, barely more than a stub. When it wagged, it looked like a qilin's tail.
Not far away, the fisherman relaxed after confirming Crawdaunt was all right. He recalled it, then came over and praised Zweilous:
"That was an incredible Dragon Rush! And that Dragon Pulse earlier had real force behind it, too! Are you the leader of some Pokémon Gym?"
"No, I'm just an ordinary trainer passing through..."
Baimu shook his head.
"An ordinary
