Blissey clung to Dragonite's tail as they spun. The thin ice Milotic had left behind did nothing to hinder her. Her cute little face was tense, her beadlike eyes narrowed almost to slits, while brownish-red energy gathered around her in a strange halo.
It looked like a blue planet spinning through space.

Baimu had seen it countless times, yet he still marveled at it. He had thought the enormous Earth that appeared when Charizard used Seismic Toss in the anime was just an exaggerated visual effect.
Only after Blissey learned Seismic Toss did he discover it was no exaggeration. It was an afterimage formed from concentrated type energy.
The staff watching from outside the field stared at Blissey in shock. The sight of her swinging Dragonite's huge body around overturned their understanding of her yet again.
From Gravity, Minimize, and Protect to Toxic and Seismic Toss, Blissey was an absolute menace in battle. She had Winona's Pokémon completely under her thumb.
Mawile and Milotic had only managed to take down Pelipper and Skarmory because Blissey had played such a crucial role.
She was unquestionably the linchpin of this Gym battle.
Unless Winona took her down, winning was all but impossible.
Dragonite, meanwhile, was thoroughly baffled.
Wait, what? Gravity's still active! How is she swinging me around?!
It couldn't think through how it had been lifted. Blissey was spinning it so fast that its mind had turned to mush.
Fortunately, the ride didn't last long.
When the spin reached its limit and the force peaked, Blissey let go!
