In the snow.
The Hover Motorcycle sped along alone.
Galarian Zapdos had vanished beyond sight. Even the spray of snow it kicked up was gone, leaving only a narrow trail carved by its sprint.
"Too fast..."
Baimu frowned. Beside him, Mawile angrily urged him to go faster.
It wasn't that Mawile was Defiant. When Galarian Zapdos had raced past, a good deal of the snow it flung up had slammed into the sidecar's windshield.
Mawile considered that a downright nasty provocation!

His voice was swallowed by the howling wind and snow.
Baimu, who had said earlier that he wouldn't dare race across snow, had pushed the speedometer to 150 miles an hour—nearly 240 kilometers per hour!
He hadn't dared drive this fast even on the sands of Orre, yet here he was racing across the Crown Tundra.
But he had to admit it.
It was unexpectedly thrilling.
The handlebars weren't nearly as hard to control as he'd imagined. The freezing wind rushing past meant nothing beside his pounding heartbeat and the roar of the engine!
Wild Pokémon could appear ahead and block his path at any moment. The thought made his palms sweat. It was exhilarating!
Setting aside the fact that he was chasing a Galarian Zapdos he could no longer see.
He was enjoying this. He suddenly understood why people loved racing and watching others race. It felt nothing like flying on a dragon.
Hydreigon would never let him come to harm, so the thrill he'd felt at first had soon faded.
Embarrassingly, though, for all that excitement coursing through him, he was still eating Galarian Zapdos's dust.
Half a tank of fuel was gone...
Where was the bird?
Had he lost it?
No way! Its tracks were still there in the
