The village chief... He was probably the human leader who had dealt with Calyrex most often in ancient times.
In the game, his family had passed down the method for making the Reins of Unity for generations. Unfortunately, without another key item, their modern attempt to make them had failed!
Luckily, Rose's younger brother Peony was excellent with his hands and had cleaned up the village chief's mess.
