Even if they killed the Word Bearers, they would still need a way out of the Warp.
Split open the Warp, open a passage—made sense to him.

Lin En refused to give up. "But what if?"

What if it takes you to the battlefield of the Battle of Calth ten thousand years ago? What if it leads into a turbulent stretch of the Warp with no exit?]

He couldn't risk it.
They could still hold out here.
Jumping into some random rift might take him and the Third Company Captain from one hopeless situation into an even worse one.

Lin En raised an eyebrow.
Had Yellow Pelt really made some kind of deal with the system?
If even the system said it hit hard, then the skill's attack power had to be the real deal.
