Actually, it was pretty funny. The Third Company Captain stood like a human support frame while the chainsaw screeched as it cut through the ceramite.

The Third Company Captain himself wasn't exactly confident, either.

He was dressed so formally that he had probably just come from some major occasion.

The Third Company Captain's armor had nearly all been removed, leaving only a blood-soaked black undersuit. The wounds on his body had already healed, though, so all he needed to do later was change into another set of under-armor.

Lin En had only suffered a few bruises and scrapes. After an Apothecary sprayed him with a layer of transparent antibacterial gel, he sat to the side with the Apothecary, holding a cup of water and watching the show.

Calgar swept his gaze across the scene inside the temple and immediately understood the general situation.

Neither side had any serious problems.

"Chaplain." Calgar walked over.

"Chapter Master."

Calgar skipped the pleasantries and went straight to Lin En. Holding a communicator, he asked Lin En to answer it the moment he arrived. "Lord Regent."

He gave Lin En a meaningful look.

The Lord Regent had called personally.

Lin En took the communicator.
