They took a landing craft into Macragge's Honour.

Lin En had previously watched Macragge's Honour fight from afar on the battlefield in space.

Back then, he had only thought it was huge.

Now that he had boarded Macragge's Honour, he felt that "huge" alone was nowhere near enough to describe it.

At twenty-six kilometers long, calling it a spacecraft was already a stretch. It was a moving city of steel.

When the ship truly filled the entire viewport and its hull blocked out every star beyond the glass, it felt no different from passing through the gates of Hera Fortress.

Calgar's voice came from the seat opposite him:

"Chaplain, we are about to board. Macragge's Honour has completed departure preparations. The landing craft will take us directly into the internal hangar."

Calgar had barely spoken throughout the flight, using the data terminal built into his Power Armor to handle documents whenever he had a spare moment.

He seemed busy as well, likely helping Guilliman shoulder Ultramar's governmental affairs. Anything he could handle himself, he tried not to add to the Regent's burden.

Now, he finally put away the documents, raised his head, and focused on Macragge's Honour ahead.

"Alright." Lin En nodded.

The Stormbird slowed and flew toward a boarding entrance amidships on Macragge's Honour.

The hull of Macragge's Honour grew larger and closer beyond the viewport until it blotted out the sky.

His view went dark for an instant, then they entered the brightly lit interior of the boarding entrance.

Once they passed through the oxygen barrier at the entrance and the anti-gravity took effect, Lin En glanced outside and saw the vast expanse of the hangar.

There were many empty berths in the hangar, while dozens of Thunderhawk Gunships stood neatly arranged in docking positions along both sides.
