When a corrosive acid shot struck an iron box, its crude steel plating immediately smoked, corroded, and hissed.

The two hundred and fifty iron boxes dodged on their own, weaving through the acid fire. They actually looked a little more agile than crew-operated ships.

An endless stream of ships held the front, pouring ammunition into the Tyranid fleet.

Once damaged or surrounded, they charged into the swarm and blew themselves up.

Their last reserves of energy flooded into their engines, overloading them. Their final dance carried them forward at missile speed.
