Green intended to develop a combination of Undead and Mecha. But equipping tens of thousands of Skeleton Soldiers and Kobold Zombies with Mecha would not be enough. The plan involved a host of complicated problems, and without the Mist World and the Undead Empire, he would not even have dared consider it.

The Undead Empire, however, was a barren hodgepodge held together solely by Green's strength as its ruler. If he disappeared one day, the so-called Undead Empire would fall apart in an instant.

Even the Human City-States of the Undead Empire had developed little beyond handicrafts. Most weapons and armor were still made with hammers, let alone through any Alchemical industry. Any Alchemists there worked in small workshops.

So, to support a future army of Undead Mechs, Green had to establish an Alchemical machinery industry of his own in the Undead World.

That industry would need to cover mining, metallurgy, machine manufacturing, Alchemical enchanting, and every other field involved in producing Mecha.

Only then could Green continually replace his army's losses when he faced powerful enemies. Otherwise, his supposed Undead Mechs would be impressive to look at but impossible to sustain.

He certainly could not rely on the Lorenzo Kingdom to build such an industry. Lorenzo itself lagged behind in this regard. In Alchemy Technology, machining, and Steam Power, it was at least thirty years behind Sison.

If Prince Biden would help Green establish such a system, even if he only built its backbone rather than every part of it, Green would sell him the Sphere of Faith without hesitation.

"Fifty million Gold Pounds. How about it?" Prince Biden narrowed his eyes as he named a sum that would have staggered most people. He wanted to see Green's reaction.
