Near the Graveyard, the Kobold tribe Green had first wiped out had been completely leveled. Factory buildings were going up in its place.
In the distance, several Cyclopes pulled enormous rollers to level and compact the ground for a road leading to the human settlement.
Green planned to rebuild the road and lay two-way Railway Tracks alongside it for a train line.
With the Steam Power Core Black Claw had brought, building a train would be no problem.
More than a hundred thousand workers had migrated from Sison. Including their families, they numbered nearly eight hundred thousand. Settling them near the Graveyard was clearly unsuitable. The Death Psychic Energy there was too dense; ordinary people living there year-round would inevitably be eroded by it.
So Green decided to settle them near the original Human City-State instead, where they could live among the existing human population and gradually integrate.
There were bound to be spies planted among the workers and their families by the Sison Intelligence Department. But once they reached the Mist World, even if they were all 007s, they had no hope of causing trouble, much less contacting their handlers.
