Green watched the monkey with ill intent. At first, the little creature pretended nothing was wrong, chattering as it tried its best to imitate a real monkey.
But Green kept watching it as though waiting for a show. The monkey disguised by the Arm of the Machine God's core finally realized it had probably been exposed. It spun around and tried to flee.
Unfortunately for it, Green's Death Angel was faster. Its metal wings flicked, and it was already blocking the monkey's path.
The monkey chattered twice, still doing its best to keep up the act, but it was no use.
Whoosh! Green directed the Death Angel's sword toward it. The monkey squeaked in fright, every hair standing on end. At last, it dropped its disguise. Light and shadow rippled over its body, revealing a robot with a large head and small body that bore some resemblance to a monkey.
"It can't have been easy to develop a personality from the Arm of the Machine God. I suggest you behave yourself. Don't try any tricks, or you'll die a miserable death," Green said calmly, without so much as glancing at the Metal Dragon that had appeared nearby.
The Metal Dragon was the reinforcement the "little monkey" had summoned back, but it had arrived a step too late.
Even if the Metal Dragon had arrived in time, it would not have changed anything. It would only have made things a little more troublesome.
With the sword bearing pale-blue, hexagonal runes so close to it, the little robot formed from the Arm of the Machine God's core fell into utter despair. It drooped and surrendered, sending a message through its mind: "Hello. I don't know who you are, but I can swear loyalty to you. You must promise not to turn me
