Green was utterly bewildered. He would not have minded a relationship with Queen Cyrabelle that went beyond friendship, but the timing and the mood felt strange.

Cyrabelle paid him no mind and continued undressing until she wore only her underwear.

Her fair skin and perfect figure were almost entirely on display before Green.

But Green was stunned. Set into Cyrabelle's abdomen, right at her navel, was an enormous blue gem, as large as a bowling ball!

Green stared at her in disbelief. "What... what is that?"

From within the huge blue gem, Green sensed the faintest traces of divinity and a divine soul.

The clothes Cyrabelle had been wearing must have been imbued with something that completely masked those traces. Otherwise, everyone at the meeting would surely have noticed.

Then Green realized it was no gem at all. It was a piece of a deity's flesh, suspended in blue liquid so that, at first glance, it looked like a gem.

"See it? This is Father's plan," Cyrabelle said without expression. Then she wrapped her clothes around herself again.

Green's brow furrowed. Grand Duke Mora had astonished him yet again.

Green had thought that, with his growing strength and three Saint Spirit Rank fighters under his command, he no longer needed to be particularly wary of Grand Duke Mora. After all, the grand duke had only recently advanced to Saint Spirit Rank. No matter how deep his foundations or how extraordinary his talent, he could not exceed its limits.

But after seeing Cyrabelle, Green had to reassess Grand Duke Mora's strength and ambition.

Green waited with a furrowed brow as Cyrabelle finished dressing, sat across from him, and picked up her wineglass again.

"What exactly is going on?" Green asked, settling himself.
