After Modi's pep talk, the Golden Dragon Girl finally pulled herself together. Fire seemed to burn in her eyes.
"I understand!" Arudika vowed solemnly. "I'll destroy every obstacle in the revolution's path and crush them all!"
Modi nodded as he watched the Golden Dragon Girl turn and leave. His expression, however, grew heavier. "Have you found it?" he asked coldly.
Before he had finished speaking, a figure in black appeared beside him. "I'm sorry. We've done everything we can, but we still haven't found the Strategic Cruiser. It's as if it vanished into thin air."
Modi frowned slightly, though he had expected this. Someone had clearly hidden the Strategic Cruiser on purpose.
The ship was enormous, but a powerful enough person could still find a way.
Modi himself had kept it well hidden until now. No one had known he possessed a giant vessel from Beyond the Void.
The thought of Beyond the Void made Modi look up. His gaze seemed to pierce the sky and reach the endless darkness beyond it. "What is it like out there?" he murmured. "A civilization powerful enough to build that ship... I'd love to see it. To spread the spark of revolution there..."
After several minutes of silence, Modi drew his thoughts back. "Forget it. Stop searching. The truth will come out eventually. For now, focus on the Lorenzo Kingdom. I want more intelligence on it. We underestimated that country. Who would have thought it could unleash such fighting strength at a critical moment?"
"Yes!" The figure in black acknowledged the order and vanished.
Meanwhile, word of the battle to defend Void World 26 began to spread.
When the major powers first heard the news, some suspected a mistake. Only after confirming it repeatedly did they accept it in shock.
