Uchiha Ninja's Two-Tomoe Sharingan

Standing in front of Long Ye was a tall, thin middle-aged man wearing the distinctive attire of the Uchiha clan, emblazoned with the Uchiha fan crest.

"You're Long Ye?"

The man stood with his arms crossed, his tone interrogative.

Long Ye did not answer, merely nodding once.

"Kid, you've got some nerve! You knew Tonghu's identity and still dared to poison him. So young, yet already so ruthless—you won't come to a good end!"

The newcomer immediately tried to intimidate Long Ye.

He knew very well that the Uchiha were currently under intense scrutiny. They were unlikely to make a major issue out of someone like Tonghu, who usually acted recklessly.

More importantly, he knew that although Tonghu bore the Uchiha surname, he was an outsider who had joined the clan, just as Long Ye had joined Konoha. He did not possess Uchiha blood.

"The clan head heard that you have some talent in medical ninjutsu, so he sent me to bring you to meet him. If you cooperate obediently, Tonghu's matter can still be resolved."

Long Ye immediately understood.

This man had not come to seek justice for Tonghu. He had heard about Long Ye's Kekkei Genkai and intended to investigate it.

Naturally, Long Ye knew he could not go.

If the clan discovered that he might one day gain the ability to strip away and transplant Kekkei Genkai, whether he would return alive would be another matter entirely.

Long Ye knew that Konoha had rules: unless foreign enemies invaded, ninja were forbidden from using ninjutsu within the village. The destructive power of ninjutsu could easily cause massive property damage.

"Attack you? Not necessarily. But perhaps I can inspect your progress in ninjutsu training and give you some guidance on Fire Release."

Long Ye's words made the man's face darken.

"Looks like I need to teach you a lesson before you recognize your place."

The man exhaled a massive fireball, taller than a person, which rolled toward Long Ye with overwhelming force.

Given the power of that ninjutsu, if Long Ye were hit, he would not die, but he would at least be burned badly enough to lose his ability to resist instantly.

"Barrier!"

Long Ye had been prepared for a long time. The moment his opponent formed seals, he instantly released the Surgical Barrier.

By then, the massive fireball was already rolling toward him.
