Gu Sheng avenged Stone Village, rescued the Soul Refining Cave captives, and secured dark yinwood while rival sects pursued him. He then led his companions to South Mountain, obtained the Spirit Pearl, and returned to Stone Village as Zhang Ping and Luan Yun’s false report came to light.

• Gu Sheng escaped the collapsing mine with Er Gou and Shi Lou, found Azure Cloud Sect cultivators and bandits attacking Stone Village, and avenged Elder Shi’s death by killing the attackers.
• Gu Sheng found and refined the Heart of the Divine Wood, advanced to the fourth level of the Other Shore Realm, and killed Qing Feng before invading Azure Cloud Sect to free its prisoners.
• Gu Sheng and the freed captives fought True Man Lingxiao and the Azure Cloud Sect, then escaped the forbidden ground with a bead and returned with survivors to Stone Village.

Gu Sheng refined the Spirit Pearl, defended Stone Village, and built alliances while confronting the Black Fiend Sect and Demon. After killing the Black and White Ghosts and receiving a clue from Hong Mei, he led the group along a difficult route to continue searching for the Peerless Hermit.

• Gu Sheng refined the Spirit Pearl in Stone Village, then emerged to rescue Lan Yao and Shi Lou from Luan Yun and kill the attackers from Purple Cloud Peak.
• Gu Sheng led his companions to the Black Fiend Sect, defeated Zhang Ping, and exposed the sect’s ties to evil forces before traveling to Crimson Wood Peak for spirit herbs.
• Gu Sheng helped Young Master Bai defeat Demon, then treated Bai Yu’s poisoned leg and earned the White Cloud Sect’s protection for Stone Village and the Elf race.
• Gu Sheng and Bai Yu pursued the Black and White Ghosts to Shanshui Town, where Gu Sheng learned that Hong Mei’s Mirror Sect was connected to their search for the Peerless Hermit.

Gu Sheng helped Stone Village join the Heavenly Cang Sect, destroyed the Fan Sect, and pursued Saintly Hermit and King Luo through Luo Chuan’s connection to the royal family. After rescuing Shopkeeper Wang and securing the Purple Jade Dagger, Gu Sheng’s group entered Qingcheng territory to investigate Luo Qin’s forces and their demonic power.

• Gu Sheng reunited Hong Mei with the wounded Peerless Hermit, then won Stone Village’s agreement to join the Heavenly Cang Sect and accepted a mission to destroy the Fan Sect.
• Gu Sheng and his allies defeated the Fan Sect’s attacks, exposed its plot to sacrifice spiritually powerful victims, and destroyed the sect on East Mountain.
• Gu Sheng helped Huang Shan kill True Man Lingxiao, then learned from Orchid that King Luo and Saintly Hermit were building forces through the Qingcheng Sect.
• Gu Sheng and his companions protected Shopkeeper Wang from Luo Qin, obtained the Purple Jade Dagger, and sent Wang toward Stone Village under guard.

Gu Sheng gathered Mystic Iron and forged weapons to help defend the White Cloud Sect, then entered Death Gorge and survived Old Monster Luo He’s possession before passing the Saint Path inheritance trials. He awakened to confront Venerable King Qiankun, and the arc leaves him fighting the six great holy lands while Daoist Kunpeng attacks his Soul Power.

• Gu Sheng exposed the plot against the White Cloud Sect, left Orchid behind, and recruited Liu Ping for Stone Village before confronting Luo Qin’s death warriors.
• Gu Sheng captured a death warrior and learned from Peerless Hermit that high-grade Mystic Iron could break their defenses, then traveled to Kunming Mountain to seek it from Wang Chunshi.
• After killing a demonic beast, Gu Sheng secured the Mystic Iron and warned Sect Master Bai that King Luo’s forces were approaching the White Cloud Sect.
• Gu Sheng melted the Mystic Iron with his Spirit Pearl and forged weapons, then left the sect alone to attack Luo Qin’s forces and was lured into Death Gorge.
• Old Monster Luo He tried to possess Gu Sheng, but the mysterious woman in the Longevity Realm saved him, and Gu Sheng later killed Wang Feng and passed the Saint Path inheritance trials.
• Venerable King Qiankun broke through the Mysterious Daoist Nun’s defenses and killed her, while the Heavenly Profound Goddess fought him to give Gu Sheng time to awaken with the Immortal Seed.
