Water 7 was located on the Grand Line, and its shipbuilding industry was incredibly prosperous. Countless pirate ships ridden by powerful pirates had been built here. Even more frighteningly, the legendary warship "Pluton" was said to have been created by the shipwrights of this place!

Dock One

This was the finest dock of Water 7's Galley-La Company. Many experienced shipwrights worked here, and it was also Teach's destination.

"Captain Teach, this place is so strange! So many people are riding weird animals!" Fuckyou still held his wine bottle. He had already taken dozens of swigs along the way, making Teach wonder if the bottle in Fuckyou's hand was connected to another dimension.

"That animal is called a Bulu. It is a creature raised by the locals as a means of water transportation. Aside from being used for travel on the water, Bulus are also strong enough to carry loads and can help with moving!" Laffitte explained smugly from the side.

"Wow, Old Laffitte, you really know a lot!" Fuckyou praised him as he patted Laffitte's arm, his expression practically saying, "I have high hopes for you!"

"Hehe, Fuckyou! I've reminded you many times already! Please call me Laffitte! The nickname Old Laffitte is not elegant at all!" Veins bulged on Laffitte's forehead. Though furious, he still looked at Fuckyou with a smile.

"Ah, got it, got it!" Fuckyou answered perfunctorily, then quickly took another gulp of wine. His blissful expression clearly showed that he had tossed Laffitte's words aside.

"Zehahahaha! You two, stop messing around!" Seeing this, Teach hurriedly interrupted Laffitte before he could explode. Only after seeing Laffitte take a deep breath and calm himself did Teach speak with relief. "We came here to commission a pirate ship, not to sightsee! Both of you, keep a low profile! Otherwise, when we get back, I'll make a devilish special training plan for you two!"

At those last words, both of their bodies visibly trembled.

"Yes, Captain! Don't worry, you'll soon discover that there's no one in this world more low-key than me!" Fuckyou hurriedly replied. Hilarious—Captain Teach's training could really kill people!

"Understood, Captain!" A few drops of cold sweat appeared on Laffitte's elegant face. It had taken a long time to travel from the Lendo Kingdom to Water 7, and he had spent the entire journey undergoing the captain's special training! Though he could clearly feel his strength improving, the pain he had endured was enough to drive anyone mad!

"Hmph, good that you understand!" Seeing that they had arrived at Dock One's shipyard, Teach said nothing more. The group walked inside, and the sight of countless shipwrights sweating at work was awe-inspiring.

"Hello, gentlemen!" As Teach's group stood there watching, a young man who appeared to be in charge of reception approached them.

"This is Dock One of our Galley-La Company, where countless experienced and highly skilled shipwrights gather! May I ask whether you wish to repair a ship or commission one?" The man could not help swallowing as he looked at the several giant-like men before him.

"Zehahahaha, don't be nervous, young man!" Teach placed a large hand on the man's shoulder. "We're here to commission a ship. Bring someone who can make decisions to speak with me!"

The aura radiating from Teach made the man's legs tremble slightly. Though Teach's request did not quite follow protocol, under the pressure of that powerful presence, the man still agreed to his request.

"Hello, sir. I am the person in charge of Dock One. How may I help you?" A burly middle-aged man hurried over.

"I want to commission a pirate ship! My requirements are simple. First, I want your best shipwrights, the best materials, and the shortest construction time!" After speaking, Teach tossed two chests of treasure out of his dark space.

"Money is not a problem! These two chests are worth roughly 500 million Beli, and you can take them as a deposit! As long as the ship satisfies me, I'll pay another 1 billion Beli!" Teach looked provocatively at the man before him. "Well? Do you have what it takes?"

The moment Teach finished speaking, the hesitation on the middle-aged man's face instantly turned to anger. "Rest assured! An order like this is nothing more than a piece of cake for our Galley-La Company! The ship we build will definitely make you pay willingly!"

To a veteran shipwright, questioning their shipbuilding skills was undoubtedly a tremendous insult! For the sake of a shipwright's pride, this order had to be completed beautifully!

Seeing the anger on the middle-aged man's face, Teach burst into laughter. "Zehahahaha! Not bad, you've got spirit! Oh, I forgot to tell you! My name is Marshall D. Teach. You can call me Blackbeard!"

As soon as Teach finished speaking, the shipwright's face turned pale. "Lord Blackbeard of the Shichibukai, please wait a moment! I'm afraid only our mayor can make a decision on this order!" With that, the man ran off without looking back.

Teach's group remained where they were. After hearing the conversation, the surrounding shipwrights looked at them with fear in their eyes.

Teach stood there for a moment before pulling out a blueprint from his clothes.

"Huh? Captain, is that the blueprint for our pirate ship?" Burgess was rather tall, so he was the first to spot the blueprint in Teach's hand.

"What? Captain Teach, you have blueprints? Let me see, let me see!" Fuckyou bounced around as if he had too much energy to spare.

"Calm the hell down!" Teach finally lost his patience and punched Fuckyou on the head. Still, faced with his crewmates' pleading, he spread the enormous blueprint in his hand across the ground.

A black, luxurious pirate ship appeared before everyone's eyes. Yet its so-called luxury did not come from extravagant decorations, but from the rows of cannons at the front and rear of the ship!

The bow incorporated elements from Teach's previous life—a Dragon head radiating immense Haki! An even larger cannon sat in the Dragon's mouth, while the ship's keel had been carved into the shape of a Dragon's body. More interestingly, each side of the pirate ship had a large log fitted with rows of cannons. The entire vessel gave off an immensely aggressive impression!

"Why do I feel like those two logs are so cool?" Burgess could not help saying. Laffitte and Doc Q, standing nearby, also nodded in agreement.

Teach smiled as he looked at the pirate ship's blueprint. Such an exquisite design definitely could not have been drawn by him! (Teach: Couldn't you have put that more tactfully, you dog of an author?! Does Blackbeard not have any dignity?)

That was right. This was the pirate ship blueprint he had obtained by checking in after arriving in Water 7! Its name was: Thunder Gaba!

"Hello, Mr. Blackbeard!" A voice interrupted Teach's group's conversation. Teach looked up and saw that it was Iceburg, the president of the Galley-La Company!

"As for your pirate ship, it will take us approximately one week to complete! The materials used will naturally be of the highest quality!" Iceburg saw the pirate ship blueprint Teach had placed on the ground and continued, "This must be your ship's design, yes? It truly is a very unique design!"

"Zehahahaha! Talking to Mayor Iceburg is refreshing! That's right, this is the design blueprint for our pirate ship! I hope your work will give me a good shock!" Teach gave Iceburg a few more details about the pirate ship. Since the Dragon keel was to be made from Adam Tree, the entire ship ultimately cost 1.8 billion Beli! They would return in seven days to collect the ship!

That meant Teach had almost no money left...
