Afterword (20 Years Later)

This was twenty years after the birth of the King of the Pirates. The seas had undergone tremendous upheaval over those twenty years. For instance, the New World Government had completely replaced the original World Government, becoming a guardian deity in the hearts of countless civilians. Then there was Big Mom, one of the Four Emperors, who was about to welcome her sixty-first husband. And Straw Hat Luffy and Clown Buggy—those two, relying on their formidable strength, had earned the recognition of countless people across the seas. By now, they could stand alongside those Sea Emperors and were known as one king, four emperors, and two sovereigns!

There were many other strange and unusual happenings as well. For example, Clown Buggy's son had set sail, while Red-Haired Shanks's daughter had returned home. Rumor had it that Buggy and Shanks intended to become in-laws, but their descendants did not seem interested. For now, all the two men could do was create more opportunities for them to meet!

The Whitebeard Pirates had developed even more fiercely across the seas. Through the tireless efforts of the Edward Family's patriarch, Whitebeard Edward Newgate, all of his division commanders had finally started families! Well, not all of them. Aside from Diamond Jozu, who still could not forget that girl, everyone else had settled down!

The Whitebeard Pirates were more prominent than ever, commanding numerous powerful pirate crews. Meanwhile, the Blackbeard Pirates led by Blackbeard, the King of the Pirates, were thriving as well. Under the name of the King of the Pirates, many powerful pirates and even nations around the world were willing to befriend them! Among them, the Giants had the closest relationship with the Blackbeard Pirates, and the two sides interacted frequently. After all, their crewmate Rando had a
