"Whew... We're finally out!"

Lin Feng stood at the cave entrance and took a deep breath, feeling the long-missed sunlight spill over him, warm and comfortable.

Bart followed him out, a hint of relief appearing on his face.

The two looked back. The cave entrance seemed like the gaping maw of some enormous beast, swallowing all light and making their blood run cold.

"Let's go, Bart. It's time for us to leave."

As he spoke, Lin Feng took the lead and headed toward the Gale, which was moored by the shore.

Bart followed silently behind Lin Feng. He cast one complicated glance at the dark cave entrance, then left without looking back.

Back aboard the Gale, Lin Feng dropped onto the deck and let out a long sigh of relief.

"Bart, sit down too. You've worked hard all this time."

Lin Feng patted the deck beside him, gesturing for Bart to sit.

Bart hesitated, but eventually sat down beside Lin Feng. His body remained tightly wound, as if he still hadn't completely relaxed.

"Don't be nervous, Bart. We're safe now."

Lin Feng noticed Bart's tension and spoke with a smile.

"Mm."

Bart nodded lightly, but his tense body did not relax at all.

Seeing this, Lin Feng said nothing more. Instead, he closed his eyes and began checking on the system.

"System, is the fusion complete?"

Lin Feng asked inwardly.

Bart froze. "What kind of place is that?"

"A desert kingdom, and also our first stop in our search for the Poneglyphs!"

Lin Feng explained.

"The Poneglyphs?"

Bart became even more confused.

"I'll explain it to you later. For now, I'll treat you to a feast!"

Lin Feng laughed heartily and brought various ingredients and fine wine out of the cabin.

The Gale rocked gently, staggering across the surface of the sea like a drunkard.

Lin Feng sat cross-legged on the deck, with a mountain of ingredients and several jars of wine spread out before him.

He handed over a piece of sizzling, grease-dripping roasted meat. "Taste my cooking."

Bart stared at the roasted meat before him and accepted it woodenly.

He carefully took a bite, and the rich aroma of meat exploded across his mouth.

"Delicious!" Bart's eyes lit up as he chewed in large bites.

Lin Feng picked up a piece of roasted meat as well and smiled in satisfaction. "If it's good, eat more."

After several rounds of drinks, Bart's tense body gradually relaxed.

The two continued eating and drinking as the sea breeze carried waves of surf toward them, providing an accompaniment to this feast upon the sea.

At that moment, in a ruin far away in Alabasta, a stunning woman was looking at the wanted poster in her hand.

The woman wore a white cowboy hat pulled low over her eyes, but it could not conceal her exquisite features or her sensual red lips.

"Lin Feng..."

Robin looked at the wanted poster in her hand, a complicated emotion flashing through her eyes.

She remembered her past and the destruction of Ohara. Her heart filled with grief and hatred.

But she knew she could not let hatred blind her. She had to find the Poneglyphs and uncover the truth of the world. Only then could she clear the names of Ohara's scholars and give meaning to their sacrifice.

"Lin Feng..." Robin murmured the name again, curiosity flashing through her eyes. "Are you that person? And what else do you know?"

The woman put away the wanted poster and turned to walk deeper into the ruins.

Her graceful figure appeared especially alluring within the dim ruins.

This woman was none other than Nico Robin, a woman burdened by a heavy past.
