Even without the Seraphim, the plan could still be carried out. But the true God's Knights mentioned by the Five Elders and Red-Haired forced him to stay wary of them.

They might not be able to hurt Swain, but Swain could not instantly eliminate all of them either. That might give Imu enough time to react, and then Red-Haired, Bullet, and Swain would all be finished.

Better safe than sorry. Being cautious was always a good thing.

"Can you develop another machine that can interfere with all signals?" Swain suddenly turned and asked as he was about to leave.

"Specifically for Den Den Mushi signals?" Vegapunk frowned slightly, a thoughtful look appearing on his face.

"Preferably something that can interfere with every kind of signal," Swain said.

"Mm, I understand. It can be done." Vegapunk agreed. A trace of helplessness flashed through his eyes, but there was even more resolve.

Since he could not persuade the madman before him, he would do his best to meet his demands. After all, Swain was also the man who had saved his life.
