"Where is he?" Imu appeared in the solemn council chamber like a ghost.

That chilling majesty instantly spread through the room. The Four Five Elders and Saint Garling, who had been in the midst of a heated discussion, shuddered violently before immediately dropping to their knees without hesitation.

"Are you referring to Shanks, one of the Four Emperors?" Saint Mars asked from his knees, his voice trembling.

Imu's expression darkened as he said in a deep voice, "He came alone?"

"He did indeed come alone!"

"Seal!" Imu uttered only a single word. In an instant, an incomparably powerful Conqueror's Haki, seemingly capable of crushing everything, erupted and bore down on them so heavily that none of them dared raise their heads.

"Two rats infiltrated the city, and you didn't even know? Yet you still had time to sit here chatting?" Imu's hoarse voice pierced their ears like sharp needles.
