In the year 1520 of the Sea Circle Calendar, on a beach near the Holy Land of Mary Geoise, Celestial Dragon Rolaris Moyun was frantically waving his hands toward the vast ocean.

A menacing sea wave surged toward Moyun, and barring the unexpected, it would completely engulf him and drag him into the ocean depths in a matter of seconds.

Watching the wave rush toward him, Moyun narrowed his gaze, clenched his hands, and pushed forward.

With Moyun's motion, the space ahead distorted. The warped space materialized right over the right half of the oncoming giant wave, swallowing it up instantly in the blink of an eye.

Just as Moyun was revelling in his excitement, a man in a black suit suddenly materialized behind him.

"Hmm?" Moyun turned to face the sudden appearance of the CP0 agent, reined in his emotions, and asked, "What is it?"

The man in a black suit lowered his head and replied respectfully, "Reporting to My Lord, the Straw Hat Boy you instructed us to monitor set out to sea a few days ago, and yesterday he wreaked havoc at the Marine branch in Shells Town, rescuing someone in the process."

"Is that so?" Moyun muttered to himself, "Is it finally beginning?"

It has been seventeen years since I transmigrated into the world of One Piece and became a Celestial Dragon. Luffy has set sail, and the secrets of this world are about to be gradually unveiled along his path.

Moyun took a deep breath, gazing out at the ocean in quiet contemplation.

Detecting the presence beside him, the man in a black suit suffered a violent constriction of his pupils and shivered. As a member of CP0 tasked with protecting the Celestial Dragons, he found the preceding display deeply chilling.

Moyun paid no heed to the man's odd reaction and continued to ponder on his own.

As for temporal chaos... Moyun clenched his fists and smiled wryly.

I have no clue at all. I'll slowly develop this aspect later on; it's bound to come together eventually.

This is my absolute favorite ability, and I must make good use of it. It should bring me endless amusement.

"Lillianlo, don't you try to scare me; I—I know Moyun isn't around right now. He's not here at this time every day, so I'm not afraid of you!" Charlos spoke loudly, but his expression was panicked and rather hysterical.

"You forced a girl to become a slave; if Brother Moyun finds out, he'll definitely beat you up." Lillianlo brandished her small fist menacingly at Charlos.

"Y-You stop trying to scare me, I'm not afraid of him at all!" Charlos took a step back, but feeling as though he had been insulted, he immediately roared fiercely, "What right do you people have to police me? That bastard Moyun always picks on me normally, and now you're trying to scare me too. Since you want to meddle in other people's business so badly, I—I..."

"Y-You, what do you want to do?" Moyun instantly materialized behind Charlos, mimicking his stuttering speech.

"Ah..." Hearing Moyun's voice, Charlos shrieked as he leaped forward, spinning around to gaze at him in terror.

"Well, Charlos, you've really grown bolder, pulling stunts like this while I'm away?" Moyun walked toward Charlos as he spoke.

"Brother Moyun!" Lillianlo's eyes lit up upon seeing Moyun.

"Don't come near me, stay back, ah... Don't come closer..." Charlos shrieked as he scrambled backward, tumbling to the ground with a loud thud.

"Don't come near, stay away from me..." Even after hitting the ground, Charlos kept scooting backward.

"Since you're so terrified of me, why can't you remember what I tell you? Didn't I say that you are no longer allowed to capture innocent girls as slaves?"

Moyun stared coldly at Charlos. The thing he despised most was this practice of capturing people as slaves among the Celestial Dragons; Moyun could never bring himself to condone such inhuman behavior.

Charlos looked at Moyun, trembling and utterly unable to speak a word.
