Floating Restaurant

Hearing that Zoro knew the person, Usopp finally stopped lingering in the back and started bragging to the two of them again.

"What's that, do you guys know where there's a place to eat! Zebra-face!"

Luffy rubbed his belly. Although he was happy to bump into someone Zoro knew, it was time to eat right now, or even better, have a party.

"Zebra-face?"

Johnny pointed at himself and asked in some confusion. Luffy had been talking right at him just now, so this zebra-face was calling him?

Because Johnny had words tattooed on his face, and Luffy could never remember other people's names, he just called him whatever came to mind.

"Yeah, who else could it be besides you? Do you guys know where we can get some food? Since we're Zoro's friends, let's go have a party instead!"

Luffy tilted his head, as he was already starving to pieces.

"A place to eat? There is one, there's a restaurant right out on the sea not far from here."

"A restaurant on the sea?"

Usopp asked doubtfully, wondering how such a thing could exist out on the vast ocean.

"Great, my ship happens to be missing a cook right now!"

As soon as he heard this news, Luffy clapped his hands and said.

He had been eating bread for many days now, and what he wanted to eat most right now was still meat, otherwise he wouldn't even have the strength to fight.

"Yeah, if you guys are looking for a cook, going there is the right choice. The cooks there are all exceptionally good."

"Alright, let's go there right now!"

Nami shook her head in resignation. Why did she end up with such a hyperactive captain!

Was there even a single reliable person on this ship!

Moments later, Going Merry finally arrived at the floating restaurant.

This was a truly massive hull, and everyone in the Straw Hat Pirates stared with their mouths hanging open.

"How can there be such a big ship!"

"Haha, pretty shocked, right? But I heard the Four Emperors' ships are almost the size of small islands."

Johnny put his hands on his hips and looked at the floating restaurant. Before he could say anything else, he saw that right next to the floating restaurant was a Navy ship!

"No way, why are there Navy members here!"

Nami covered her eyes with both hands, almost about to cry. Why were they always so unlucky!

Ten minutes before Merry arrived, the Navy warship had just docked.

This warship belonged to Iron Fist Hoppidy, a Navy lieutenant commander who had jurisdiction over this sea area and had just come to the floating restaurant for lunch at noon.

Soft music played inside the restaurant, and the customers sat scattered about, talking in low voices, right up until the front doors were pushed open hard.

Everyone stopped making noise, and even Moyun's group, sitting off to one side, looked over.

So what, it turned out to be just a small cannon fodder. It looked like Luffy and the others should be arriving soon, too.

Moyun picked up his red wine glass and took a small sip. Just wait for a good show.

"What?"

By this time Kuina and Olvia had already put on their cloaks and masks, but from their figures, one could still tell they were two great beauties.

Hoppidy scanned the room arrogantly, but his gaze paused noticeably when it landed on Kuina and Olvia.

He hadn't expected a place like a floating restaurant to have beauties he'd never seen before!

"What are you looking at, aren't we going in yet?"

Standing next to Hoppidy was a sexy woman in a red dress, and she also attracted the gazes of quite a few men present.

"Let's go, it looks like there are empty seats over there."

As the two of them just sat down, other people in the restaurant started whispering among themselves.

"Isn't that a Navy headquarters lieutenant commander!"

"Seriously, he looks so elegant!"

"I finally get to see a living lieutenant commander. Haha, what an honor!"

The murmuring voices of the surrounding people were not very quiet, and the woman in the red dress heard every word clearly.

She hooked her red lips at Hoppidy. "I didn't expect you to be so famous. It seems everyone knows you."

"Not at all, I'm just captivated by your beauty."

The words were spoken to the woman, but Hoppidy's peripheral vision kept paying attention to Olvia's table.

Why weren't either of these two women looking over at him!

A man wearing a black suit walked over slowly, a lit cigarette dangling from his lips and a bottle of red wine in his hand.

"Hello."

The yellow-haired man nodded slightly at the two of them and poured the wine from the bottle into their glasses.

Hoppidy picked up his wine glass and gently toasted the woman, but stopped what he was doing after just a single sip.

"This aroma must be Earth's Fragrance from Mikkel in the north!"

His voice was loud, and his peripheral vision kept watching Olvia, hoping to catch her attention.

Although Olvia didn't turn her head, everyone else in the restaurant looked over at him.

"If I'm not mistaken, this wine should be Etrou? Am I right, waiter?"

Hoppidy looked smugly at the wine in his glass. This was the red wine he had arranged with the restaurant yesterday to have served, originally intending to win the favor of this woman.

"No, dear guest, please enjoy your meal properly. Also, I'm not a waiter, I'm Sanji, the restaurant's sous chef."

Sanji handed the spoon into Hoppidy's hand and turned to walk away.

Silence filled the entire restaurant, and a sudden burst of loud laughter rang out from a corner.

"Hahaha, I'm dying, why is this guy so embarrassing!"

Moyun clutched his belly and laughed out loud. Some scenes really were much more interesting to see in person.

Following Moyun's laughter, the others in the restaurant began to laugh as well.

The laughter made Hoppidy feel extremely humiliated. He hadn't expected that the person leading the laughter was actually companions of those two beauties.

"Shut your trap!"

Hoppidy roared. The others fell silent, but Moyun was the only one still laughing.

"Hahaha, oh god, the beauty sitting across from that Navy guy must feel so mortified! Hahaha!"

Moyun laughed his fill before resting his chin in his hand, staring intently at the woman in the red dress.

Kuina felt curious too, and followed Moyun's gaze over.

She was pretty, but she still thought big sis Olvia looked the prettiest.

Hoppidy watched Kuina look over and quickly lowered his head, the spoon in his palm already warped out of shape.

It was all that detestable cook, and that laughing silver-haired brat!

Hoppidy slammed his fist down hard on the table, and it collapsed with a crash.

"This is going too far! Can just anybody come in and eat at this dump now, and what even is this food!"

Right now he felt as though every single person in the restaurant was mocking him.

How could a face-saving man like Hoppidy possibly endure this.

Hearing the commotion, Sanji walked out from the kitchen, arriving just in time to see Hoppidy flying into a rage.
