"I want to report a guy named Luffy wearing a straw hat! And a short, extremely arrogant brat! Ouch, go easy on me!"
A young Marine was applying medicine to Captain Nezumi, but accidentally used too much force and got chewed out by the captain.
"Right, that Straw Hat Boy defeated Arlong of the East Blue, and all five members of their pirate crew are enemies of the government!"
"Understood. And what about that short brat you mentioned?"
"He's a pirate with a miraculous fruit, and you have to be extra careful with this guy. Most importantly, he actually dared to strike me!"
Captain Nezumi let out an infuriated roar. He was a Marine captain, yet he had been humiliated like that by a pirate!
"Understood, sir."
After hanging up, Captain Nezumi put on a flattering smile and dialed another number.
"Respected sir, the tribute I prepared for you has all been snatched away by someone."
"What?!"
Saint Charlos roared. Who was bold enough to dare touch his things!
"He said his name is Moyun. He doesn't look very tall, and he has a head of silver hair."
"Silver hair?"
"Right. After stealing your treasure, he even gave me a beating. Beating me is one thing, but he actually insulted you as well!"
Captain Nezumi said cautiously.
Hearing this, Saint Charlos knew exactly who that bastard kid was.
"Damn Moyun, how dare you ruin my plans! I'll kill you sooner or later!"
Saint Charlos only caught the part about his treasure being stolen, especially since Moyun had beaten him up before too.
"He also said something else."
Captain Nezumi stammered. He seemed to pick up on something from Saint Charlos's previous words.
That seemingly young kid actually knew a Celestial Dragon, and judging by the sound of it, he had probably ruined quite a few things for him before.
"What did he say? Out with it!"
"He said he's going to uproot all of your forces in the Grand Line, leaving not a single one!"
"Moyun!"
An angry roar echoed from a luxurious mansion in the Holy Land of Mary Geoise.
Saint Charlos's chest heaved violently. He hadn't even made a move against Moyun yet, and Moyun was already plotting to take care of him first!
"You useless trash!"
In a fit of rage, Saint Charlos hung up the phone. Just as expected, these lower-beings couldn't get anything right. Such a simple matter, and yet he let someone find out about it.
If the other Celestial Dragons found out, wouldn't they all laugh at him!
"I'll never let you off, Moyun, you just wait and see!"
A hint of malice flashed through Saint Charlos's eyes. It seemed he really needed to do something.
"Someone come!"
Moyun returned to the ship. Olvia had already finished cooking and was sitting quietly to the side, reading her personal notes.
"You're back. How come you were gone so long?"
"Ah, I just watched them fight for a bit. It was pretty interesting."
Moyun picked up a sandwich from the table and began eating, looking like he was starved.
"Ah, this is so good, burp!"
Kuina glanced at Moyun with disgust, wiped her mouth, and went to the other side to start practicing her swordsmanship.
"What's with that look, Kuina? Let me tell you, today I saw Zoro fighting an octopus who uses swordsmanship, and the battle was intense. Besides, his sword technique is way more mature than yours."
It wasn't that he was belittling Kuina, but that was simply the truth.
Through his training over the years, Zoro had surpassed Kuina by goodness knows how much.
If Kuina didn't pick up the pace, the enemies they encountered in the future would only grow stronger and stronger.
Today they merely fought an ordinary Fish-man, and it had already strained her so much. What would she do in the future?
"I know. I'll step up my training and definitely won't hold you back!"
"That's not what I meant."
Moyun smiled helplessly. Anyway, as long as it motivated Kuina, that was all that mattered.
Dreams had to be fulfilled by oneself in the end.
"Let's set sail then."
Moyun yawned. Through the battle between Luffy and the others today, not only did Kuina get some inspiration, but Moyun did too.
He suddenly realized that his ability was somewhat one-sided.
Whenever he met enemies, he either teleported them away or caused their actions to become chaotic.
However, this approach had way too many drawbacks.
"Sigh, the higher-level the fruit, the greater room for development it has. I really need to research it more."
Moyun turned around and saw Kuina's back as she silently practiced her sword. Sometimes he truly admired these swordsmen for being able to endure such dry, monotonous training.
"I need to train hard as well."
Olvia sat to the side, took a sip from her teacup, and gazed out at the calm sea in the distance. The evening sea breeze blew through her long silver hair.
She didn't pursue strength; she was simply chasing the truth.
Inside the cabin, Moyun sat cross-legged on the floor with his palms facing each other, a black and a white small orb floating on the left and right respectively.
When he saw Kuina and Olvia today, Moyun suddenly realized a problem.
Since he could resurrect these two people, could other people be resurrected as well, and was there a limit to the number?
If there wasn't, this skill would be far too invincible.
"Sigh, what a headache. Even if resurrection is possible, my soul probably couldn't handle that many souls returning from the afterlife."
Moyun blended the two small orbs together, forming a Taiji diagram.
The Chaos Fruit could disrupt an enemy's actions, meaning he couldn't directly control their movements, but it should still possess its own power—like the force of chaos, perhaps?
His black orb could distort the surrounding space into a new spatial pocket; could it also absorb enemy attacks and then blast them out from another location?
Olvia on the deck finished the tea in her cup and finally closed her notes.
She had spent the entire afternoon reading through the notes because there were actually quite a few secrets hidden within the East Blue, so the journal wasn't very thin.
She finally remembered: although Sea Root Island wasn't very far from here, the waters around it were exceptionally dangerous.
There was an active volcano at the bottom, and the strange part was that as long as a ship arrived directly above the crater, the volcano would erupt instantly.
Because very few people came here, many remained unaware of this phenomenon.
Even those who did come would be buried right here, and she herself had expended a tremendous amount of effort to escape back then.
"Are you finished reading?"
Kuina wiped the sweat from her neck and forehead, picked up the cup beside her, and took a gulp of water.
"Mhm. The waters here are extremely dangerous, so we must be careful. When is Moyun coming down?"
Olvia frowned deeply, her expression serious.
Moyun hadn't come out yet, and Olvia didn't dare to disturb his training, so she could only wait quietly.
