"I can prove it to you."
Moyun smiled slightly at Koshiro, and a butterfly landed on his shoulder, fluttering its beautiful large wings.
"Let's use it as an experiment. Watch closely."
Moyun snatched the butterfly in his grip, holding it in his hand, and when he opened his palm, the butterfly was completely motionless.
Koshiro's eyes stared intently at the butterfly in Moyun's hand.
Because it was a butterfly, it was much simpler than resurrecting a human.
A white ball of light appeared in Moyun's palm, and he slowly sent it above the butterfly, quietly waiting for the light to merge into the butterfly's body.
A moment later, the butterfly, which had lost its vitality, flapped its wings once again.
Koshiro stared blankly at the butterfly that had already flown away, tears seemingly welling up in his eyes.
"You actually have such an ability? How on earth did you do this!"
"You can believe me now, right?"
Moyun spoke up.
"I believe you. I had already lost hope. It turns out that bringing the dead back to life really exists in this world. I'll take you to Kuina's grave. Thank goodness, thank goodness."
Koshiro took off his glasses and wiped away his tears, the words he spoke even somewhat incoherent.
Yet no one said a thing.
Actually, Olvia found it rather baffling why Moyun would inexplicably resurrect a young girl.
The place where Kuina was buried was a sea of flowers, looking exceedingly peaceful and serene.
"This is it. I'm counting on you."
"Alright."
Moyun looked around, gathered his focus, took a deep breath, and pressed his hands together in front of his chest.
A few seconds later, energy spheres of black and white light appeared on Moyun's left and right hands respectively, the energy darting back and forth over Koala's hand before stopping a few seconds later.
The Yin-Yang Power surged back and forth between Moyun's hands, forming a black sphere blended with black and white.
"Heroes appear, Kuina return!"
Moyun roared, fiercely slamming the energy sphere in his hand down into the earth.
A few seconds later, a small gray figure slowly emerged from beneath the ground, floating before everyone.
Although the shadow's features could not be seen clearly, Koshiro knew distinctly that this was his Kuina.
"Who are you people, and how did you summon me out?"
Kuina looked around with a hint of confusion, seeming to pause for a moment when she saw Koshiro.
"Father?"
"Kuina!"
Koshiro took a few steps forward, wanting to touch Kuina's face, but his hand passed straight through the gray shadow.
"What is going on here?"
The empty sensation in his hands made Koshiro inexplicably panic.
"Don't worry, I still have some questions to ask."
Moyun crossed his arms and looked at Kuina. "I'm the one who resurrected you. Of course, I have a purpose. Once I bring you back to life, you're coming with me to travel the world."
At this point, Kuina actually had not yet realized what had happened.
"You're saying you can bring me back to life?"
"Yes. I remember you were competing with Zoro to become the world's greatest swordsman, weren't you?"
"Zoro! You know Zoro?"
Koshiro looked at Moyun in surprise. How could this boy know such a thing!
"Yeah, I ran into him in a small town earlier. We can be considered friends."
Moyun didn't need to say any more about what had been said; he would leave the rest for them to imagine on their own.
At these words, Koshiro stopped speaking, seemingly believing what Moyun had told them.
Kuina looked somewhat tempted, as this was, after all, a childhood dream of hers.
"What did you just say Zoro was doing?"
"He's become a pirate now, going on adventures with a kid named Luffy."
Moyun thought about it. There should be no problem saying it like this, right?
He wasn't entirely clear on the specifics of how to become the world's greatest swordsman, either.
Kuina's eyes flickered, and then she nodded. "I never thought I could be resurrected. Since there's a chance to live, how could I possibly give it up."
"That's the spirit. Don't worry, Zoro's swordsmanship is really impressive now, so you'll need to practice more!"
"I know!"
At the mention of swordsmanship, a raging fire ignited in Kuina's eyes.
"Now, put your hand right here. Oh, right, your age should change to seventeen, the same age as me. Your soul will also be bound by me, though of course I won't use that to do anything to you."
Moyun awkwardly explained.
"I can accept all of that. I just want to stay alive; there are still so many things I haven't done!"
None of them knew how badly Kuina wanted to live. She could clearly have become a swordsman of a generation, yet her life was cut short over such a minor issue.
Back then, who knew how many people sighed over it.
"Good. Whatever you want, I'll help you get it."
The corner of Moyun's mouth hooked upward. It was not bad for a girl to have such resolve, especially since he believed Kuina would definitely not fall behind Zoro in any way.
Kuina placed her hand into the sphere of light, and before long, the figure of a young woman slowly materialized.
A girl with black hair reaching her waist and a hint of sharpness between her brows appeared before everyone.
Kuina stared blankly at her own hands, touched her cheeks in disbelief, and murmured, "I've really come back to life. I've really come back to life."
A piece of clothing was gently draped over Kuina's shoulders. It turned out that while they were talking, Olvia had gone off to find a garment and prepared it for Kuina in advance.
"Kuina!"
Koshiro cried out in agony. His daughter had finally come back to life—the daughter who made him so proud!
"Father, I'm really back, sob!"
Awakened by Koshiro's voice, Kuina finally broke down in sobs. The feeling of regaining life turned out to be like this.
"How does it feel? We'll be staying here for a while. You can pick up your swordsmanship again, and since you've just been revived, the two of you should have a lot to talk about as father and daughter."
Moyun yawned, finding it a bit pointless to stay here any longer. He had no interest in watching scenes of family reunions.
Besides, he wasn't completely heartless; he would let the father and daughter spend some good time together first.
Olvia wasn't surprised at all. Through these days of getting along, she could tell that this young-looking lad possessed formidable strength and a slightly mischievous streak, yet his heart was exceptionally kind, just like an ordinary teenager.
Koshiro looked at Moyun with gratitude. He had thought that simply being able to bring his daughter back to life was the ultimate bliss, never expecting this person to also allow them extra time together as father and daughter.
"Thank you! We truly don't know how to thank you enough."
"There's no need to say much about thanks. However, Kuina, I have a small request."
