Fugaku nodded. "Good points. The scroll has a brief profile and personality summary for every ninja in the clan. Let's assign them to groups and get it sorted within three days."

Everyone nodded.

Matsuda Uchiha had a three-tomoe Sharingan. He excelled at various genjutsu and Fire Release and Earth Release ninjutsu. He was rough around the edges and paid little attention to minor details.

The following ninja were assigned to him.

Genin Uchiha Guze had a one-tomoe Sharingan and excelled at Fire Release.

Genin Uchiha Fujisuke had a one-tomoe Sharingan and excelled at Fire Release.

Chunin Uchiha Masahara had a two-tomoe Sharingan and excelled at genjutsu and Fire Release.

Each jonin was assigned roughly five chunin and genin.

Next came the clan ninja's training plan. The Security Force had switched from two shifts to three, rotating every eight hours.

That left each clan ninja sixteen hours outside work. They had to train for two hours a day, with one hour devoted to one-on-one sparring.

They would use those fights to find weaknesses in their own techniques and sharpen their combat instincts.

The other hour was for training in their specialties, whether ninjutsu, taijutsu, or genjutsu. They could adjust their training based on their jonin instructor's guidance and their own circumstances.

Three days passed in a flash. Fugaku and the others divided the ninja into groups, drew up a training plan suited to each group, and let out a breath of relief.
