Seven Uchiha stood there, each with a Three-Tomoe Sharingan. They had survived brutal wars and had plenty of combat experience.

"Let our Shadow Clones sit here and chat. We'll talk in detail in the secret room."

Fugaku rose, leaving a Shadow Clone sitting cross-legged on the floor. The other seven created Shadow Clones to take their places, then followed him into the secret room.

In the Shinobi World, where plots and schemes were everywhere, a little caution was essential. It could spare them a great deal of trouble.

"We're all Uchiha. You should know one another without introductions.

"I've brought you here today to form an Assassination Organization within the Uchiha Clan.

"It will be much like Konoha's Root, removing obstacles to the clan from the shadows. But while Root stays hidden, the Assassination Squad will continue its regular duties with the Security Force.

"When you have no mission, you'll simply be ordinary Uchiha. Once we gather intelligence about a threat to the clan, you'll move into the shadows and destroy that threat before it can grow, ensuring the clan continues to prosper.

"I'm sure you're all familiar with Uchiha Jin. He's a prodigy of the clan who made substantial contributions during the war in the Land of Rain. He has his own strengths in combat, judgment, and strategy.

"He'll lead the Assassination Squad. If anyone objects, speak now. We're forming this squad so the clan can develop and grow.

"If you have reservations, I want to hear them now, not have problems arise in the middle of a mission.

"Every assassination we carry out will be secret. Our targets may be inside Konoha or beyond it. If we're exposed, the clan will be put in an extremely difficult position.

"So I don't want anything going wrong during a mission."
