The Sunset Family

For two straight days, Yūhi Eikō had been busy arranging compensation for the village's fallen ninja.

At Fugaku's home, Uchiha Hitoshi and Fujimoto sat in the living room.

"For two days, he hasn't shown the slightest sign of leaving the village. I checked: he still needs to visit the families of over a hundred fallen ninja personally and distribute their compensation. That'll take at least another ten days or so.

"By the time Yūhi Shinku finishes this assignment, the Chunin selection exams will have begun. As a senior member of the regular Ninja Corps, he'll probably be involved in them.

"I'd say he has no reason to leave the village for at least a month," Fujimoto said.

Fugaku considered this. "If he has no reason to leave, we'll give him one. The Yūhi and Sunset families are close relatives.

"The two families keep in close contact. The Sunset Family has made plenty of enemies in the capital. Its clan head is miserly and vicious. In his younger days, he often preyed on other criminals, and his hands are stained with innocent blood.

"Fujimoto, take Hitoshi and Takigawa to the Land of Fire's capital and kill the Sunset Family's clan head. Once it's done, don't return to Konoha immediately. Just send word to me.

"The Yūhi and Sunset families are close relatives who have been on good terms for generations. Once the Sunset Family's clan head dies, Yūhi Eikō, as head of the Yūhi family, will certainly travel to the capital to pay his respects.

"We'll meet you along the way and ambush Yūhi Eikō together. Don't worry about the Security Force. I'll have Jin and the others cover your shifts with Shadow Clones.

"Make sure you use the Transformation Technique when you leave the village. No one can notice."
