"Maybe," Guangtai said. "My understanding was too limited before. Aside from Fujimoto and his Mangekyo Sharingan, the second-strongest member of the Uchiha is probably Takigawa now, not Jin.
"If we're going to investigate, we should look into Takigawa too. He and Jin are the two pillars of the Security Force. One commands the daytime patrols, and the other commands the night patrols."
"There's no need." Madara leaned back in his chair and closed his eyes. "Our plan has nothing to do with the Uchiha.
"Your main task is to help Nagato begin capturing Tailed Beasts when the time is right, then revive me. Once those two things are done, our plan will essentially have succeeded.
"As for the Uchiha, our primary target is the Nine-Tails. If they try to stop us, we'll deal with them then.
"For now, I'll modify your body to strengthen your Wood Release. Someone previously injected Hashirama's cells into you, awakening the most rudimentary form of it.
"When you were badly wounded, I used White Zetsu Cells to heal you. White Zetsu's body contains First-Generation Cells.
"Once the concentration of White Zetsu Cells in your body increases, you'll gain true Wood Release."
Guangtai glanced at White Zetsu. "Isn't that too simple? The First Hokage used Wood Release to dominate the Shinobi World. Can true Wood Release really be obtained that easily?"
"Wood Release itself isn't complicated. What made it formidable was Hashirama. He had a Sage Body, vast reserves of Chakra, and could enter Sage Mode in an instant.
"I can help you awaken true Wood Release, but reaching Hashirama Senju's level is all but impossible.
"Unless you awaken the Mangekyo Sharingan. Paired with Wood Release, it still wouldn't put you on Hashirama's level, but you would surpass most Ninja in the Shinobi World."
Guangtai nodded.
