At the Cloud-Mist Allied Forces' Command Headquarters, the Fourth Raikage studied a map of the Land of the Moon with a frown.
The Cloud-Mist Allied Forces had suffered setback after setback in recent days. The campaign was going badly.
The Fourth Mizukage sat to one side, wiping down his weapon. "The Uchiha have gone too far. Where is Ishikawa now?"
A Kirigakure intelligence officer beside him answered, "He'll arrive at camp tomorrow morning."
"Good. Once Ishikawa gets here, we'll teach the Uchiha shinobi a lesson. Kirigakure is no pushover."
Ishikawa was Kirigakure's current Six-Tails Jinchūriki. He had been one for years, but his health was poor. The Tailed Beast's Chakra had ravaged his body.
A successor had already been chosen to become the next Six-Tails Jinchūriki, and the Tailed Beast should have been transferred by now. But war had come too suddenly, forcing the Fourth Mizukage to postpone it.
An intelligence officer entered. "Lord Raikage, we've just received word from Lord Killer B. He'll arrive tonight."
"Good. Ishikawa and Killer B will both be here by tomorrow. Uchiha Jin and Uchiha Hitoshi won't be able to run wild much longer.
"They've killed many of our best fighters. With Killer B and Ishikawa tying them down, we'll gain the upper hand in the Land of the Moon."
A faint smile appeared on the Fourth Mizukage's face.
The Raikage was still frowning. "Don't forget the more troublesome Fugaku Uchiha. He alone is worth two Tailed Beasts and a five-thousand-strong Ninja Corps."
