When he reached the section on Spiritual Creatures, a hand-drawn illustration caught his eye.

Description: An exceptionally intelligent species of Spiritual Creature. They were bloodthirsty, brutal, and cunning, with a powerful desire to enslave and control other creatures.

They were also the King in the Shadows. From the lowliest Blood Slave to the Blood Clan Progenitor, they followed a rigid hierarchy in which higher-ranking members held absolute power over those below them.

Only sunlight, fire, and silver could stand against them.

Notably, Blood Slaves did not shun sunlight at first. Their aversion grew over time.

At the same time, Blood Slaves began to develop some vampire traits, such as healing through blood.

"The Blood Clan! Blood Slaves... Aren't they just vampires?"

Yu Yuan understood at once: Moss Cottage was almost certainly a Blood Clan creature.

That meant the two players Moss Cottage had sent were both Blood Slaves.

But still...

And they had appeared in the flesh in the Wasteland Game.
