The Northern Wilderness was dark and silent in the dead of night.

At the Weirding Feed Factory, more than thirty Wilderness Raiders huddled inside the office building, sheltering from the cold wind outside.

In the middle of the room, wood burned in a brazier made from an oil drum, crackling now and then.

"Damn this weather. How did it get so cold all of a sudden?" one Raider muttered.

"Who knows? We've nearly chopped down every tree around here..."

"The trees aren't the real problem. We're running low on fuel, and Fuel Town has cut back on sales. A barrel costs more than three times what it used to..."

"Tomorrow, all the feed in the Warehouse will only get us three or four barrels."

The Raiders kept grumbling.

"Tell me about it. Burning Fortress has tightened everything up because of that traitor. It's a pain... We're low on wood, too. Who's coming with me to get some from the Warehouse?"

"Get a couple more people. Then we won't have to make two trips."

Soon, five or six Raiders left the office building together and headed into the warehouse area behind it.

They kept a close watch on this warehouse. It held plenty of finished feed and a good deal of unused feed ingredients.

But when they opened the warehouse doors...

Every one of them froze.

"Wait... Did we come to the wrong warehouse?" someone asked, turning to check the doors.

"No! This is the raw-material warehouse. I'm sure of it!"

"Then where's the feed we were going to trade tomorrow? And why are all the ingredients gone?"

"Fuck, where are our Survival Supplies?"

"And the wood..."

"Shit! Go get the others! Something terrible's happened!" The Raiders panicked.

"I've put the feed, ingredients, and wood in the Evacuation Passage for now.
