Illya immediately jumped out of bed.
It was just a bath, so why was she... looking forward to it so much?
Inside the lavish oversized bathtub, Illya glanced at Chloe beside her, then at Artoria and Rin Tohsaka across from her, and suddenly felt her heart stir.
"Big sister, you have a nosebleed!"
"Hmm... probably a side effect of the contract just now. It's fine, it'll stop soon..."
"Big sister, how about I replenish your mana?"
"That... let's talk about it after we get back to the room!"
Late at night, on a luxurious, soft bed, Illya was completely absorbed in replenishing mana, unable to pull herself away.

Rin Tohsaka, Artoria, and the others were already waiting for her there.

"I don't know. But the Familiars we left outside couldn't even last a second before being destroyed."
Under the cold moonlight, countless snake-like black shadows slithered through the forest. Any Familiar that encountered them vanished without a trace the instant it made contact. It looked as though they had been destroyed, but in truth... they had been devoured.

Illya's eyes flickered uncertainly.
Her guess was right.

When Sakura Matou learned this from Zouken Matou, she immediately took back control of Medusa from Matou Shinji and sent her to the Emiya residence.
