Sheng Yu listened in disbelief to the voice in his head. No matter how much he wanted to deny it, every word it said was true!

He had met Han Cheng when Sheng Mingzhou was a high school freshman. As they spent time together, they got acquainted, came to understand each other, and fell in love. It had all seemed so natural.

He had thought fate had brought him love. Never had he imagined Han Cheng had planned the whole thing!

"Sheng Yu, what's wrong?" Han Cheng couldn't understand why the man who had gazed at him with such love moments ago now looked at him with hatred and disgust.

[Wow, wow, wow!] Even Shen Luoluo couldn't help marveling at Han Cheng's scheming and cunning.

[So even if Sheng Mingzhou hadn't caused trouble, Han Cheng would've found some way to get Sheng Yu together with him.]

The onlookers' expressions slowly shifted from eager curiosity to disgust. So Han Cheng had gone to every length to seduce a married man into having an affair and coming out!

Sheng Mingzhou's fists clenched tighter. He raised his leg, about to kick the man on the floor again.

"Mingzhou, enough. Stop hitting him!" Sheng Mother stopped him just in time, sobbing so hard she could barely speak. "Please, stop."

"You knew all along, didn't you?" Sheng Mingzhou asked, his eyes red.

Sheng Mother kept crying without answering. Shen Luoluo answered for her.

[Of course she knew, though she didn't know everything. Mrs. Sheng noticed long ago that something was wrong with her husband and that he was seeing someone else. But for the sake of the family, she chose to look the other way. She just never imagined the person he was having an affair with was a man!]

[But to her, it makes no difference whether he cheated with a man or a woman. She's been utterly disappointed in her husband for ages! If you don't expect anything, you can't be disappointed again.]

Hearing this, Sheng Yu began to panic. "Qingxue, Mingzhou, let me explain! I know I've wronged you both!" He scrambled up from the floor. "You two..."

"Get lost!" Sheng Mingzhou stepped in front of Sheng Mother, his eyes cold and full of disgust. "You make me sick!"

"S-sick." That one word struck Sheng Yu like a blow. He collapsed onto the floor, staring blankly in despair. He had worked so hard to hide his sexual orientation, only for his own son to be the first person to call him disgusting!

The scandal was enormous, and word soon spread through the school.

As soon as class ended, students began talking.

"Holy shit, have you seen the forum? Someone posted that our grade-level head got involved with a parent of a student in the sophomore Rocket Class! They're both men! And they got caught in the act!"

"The one who caught them was that parent's own son!"

"Holy shit! Who was it? That's insane!"

"The poster didn't name names, but someone in the comments who knows what happened said the family name was Sheng. They were supposed to deal with the forum post, but somehow it turned into a scene of catching them in the act!"

The moment Shen Jiayan heard the name Sheng, he bolted out of the classroom.

By the time he reached the grade-level head's office, everyone had already left. He hurried up to the fifth floor and finally found them in the Academic Affairs Office.

But everyone seemed to have calmed down and was sitting across from one another.

Fuck! I'm too late!

Meanwhile, the Sophomore International Class was discussing the incident too.

"The post says the parent's surname is Sheng, and the student's in the Rocket Class," one girl said. She glanced at Shen Anya, made sure she wasn't looking, then whispered to her friends, "Do you think it's Shen Anya's fiancé, Sheng Mingzhou?"

"It has to be. Sheng Mingzhou's the only one in the Rocket Class with that surname. Who else could it be?"

"Man, Sheng Mingzhou must feel awful after finding out his own dad did something like that. Why isn't Anya going to comfort him? He's her fiancé, after all!"

"Hey, hey!" Someone pointed at her phone. "Look! Sheng Mingzhou posted an apology on the forum!"

A group of students quickly crowded around.

The poster identified himself as Sheng Mingzhou and apologized for his earlier post about Shen Luoluo. He admitted that he had deliberately chosen the two most controversial photos to upload.

In fact, Shen Luoluo's grades were good. She had consistently ranked among the top three students at her town school. The test paper he had posted was from a day when she had been ill with a fever and wasn't at her best. It didn't reflect her usual performance. As for her actual test results, everyone could look at the pictures for themselves. He said he would apologize to Shen Luoluo in person for misleading everyone and ask for her forgiveness.

At the end, he made a point of stating that Shen Luoluo was the Shen Family's biological daughter, not an illegitimate child!

But no one seemed particularly concerned about whether she was illegitimate. They cared more about her scores.

The post did include several of Shen Luoluo's usual test results. Most were close to seven hundred points.

Some believed them, while others didn't.

28F: Those are tests from a rural school. How could a place like that compare to ours?

35F: Exactly! With my grades, I could rank in the top three at a rural school too!

59F: Looks like Shen Luoluo isn't planning to leave the Rocket Class. Whatever. We'll just wait for the monthly exam and enjoy the show~

Shen Anya saw the post too, of course, but she wasn't worried about whether Sheng Mingzhou had cleared things up. She was worried about the photos!

One look was enough to tell that Sheng Mingzhou hadn't found those photos himself. He wouldn't have bothered. Her eldest brother, Shen Jingyao, must have found them and had Sheng Mingzhou post them to set the record straight.

If my eldest brother finds out I was the one who gave Sheng Mingzhou those two photos...

"Why hasn't he replied yet?" Shen Anya's hands trembled with nerves. It'll be fine. Sheng Mingzhou likes me so much. He'd never give me away!

Just then, her phone vibrated. Sheng Mingzhou had replied: [Don't worry. I won't tell anyone you gave me the photos.]

Shen Anya breathed a sigh of relief. I knew Sheng Mingzhou wouldn't give me away! I still have my Koi Luck!
