The monster had a humanoid upper body, while its lower half was covered in Centipede segments. It roared through jagged mouthparts as it swung two scythe-like arms—

She frowned slightly and swept her Steel Blade Tentacle diagonally forward, cleanly cleaving the Centipede Monster in two.

Then she saw a toad with a human face crawl out of the black rectangle directly ahead!

"I've seen this kind of toad before," Feng Ling said in surprise. "I remember its tongue being especially long..."

Before she finished speaking, the Toad Monster opened its mouth and shot out a long tongue!

Feng Ling hurriedly dodged sideways. A man emerged from the black rectangle on the left and raised his hand, spraying Jellyfish-like Tentacles at her! Monsters also began pouring out from the rectangle on the right!
