"Make that human submit to me?"
Zi JI looked even more puzzled.
"My Lord, although he is only a human, he can command powerful Soul Beasts like that Fire Dragon and Blue Cat. He certainly isn't someone to underestimate. How could I possibly make him submit to me?"
Gu Yuena looked utterly confident.
"Don't worry. I've tampered with the item that can strengthen the dragon bloodline. Once he absorbs that Plate, he will feel an overwhelming desire for pureblood dragon beasts."
"And you are a pureblood Hell Demon Dragon King. As long as you stay by his side, he won't be able to control his desire for you. Then you can use that feeling to keep him firmly in your grasp."
"If you can make him so infatuated with you that he cannot stop himself, all the better. I can tell that this human places great importance on emotional bonds. Otherwise, the Ice Empress wouldn't trust him so deeply."
Zi JI's expression stiffened.
She truly hadn't expected her lord to resort to such tactics.
But thinking it over, her lord was being quite clever.
Given her strength and temperament, no matter how much that human desired her, he wouldn't be able to force her to do anything.
On the other hand, a younger, weaker Soul Beast like the Imperial Auspicious Beast really wouldn't be able to resist that human.
With that thought, Zi JI understood. Only she was capable of taking on this arduous mission and completing it.
Zi JI nodded firmly.
"I understand, My Lord. Since this matter is so important, I will do everything in my power to accomplish it."
Gu Yuena nodded in satisfaction, then wielded spatial power to envelop herself and Zi JI. They vanished instantly.
Only a few Ferocious Beasts remained, exchanging bewildered looks.
