Background / History

Tang San was an outer disciple of the Tang Sect before crossing over to Douluo Continent. He grew up with his father, Tang Hao, in Holy Soul Village. After awakening Blue Silver Grass and Innate Full Soul Power, he became Yu Xiaogang’s disciple 4.

While traveling by carriage, Tang San investigated the site where Lu Yuan had killed a Ten-Thousand-Year Ironclad Rhinoceros. He followed the unusual tracks to Lu Yuan, whose ten-thousand-year first Spirit Ring contradicted Yu Xiaogang’s teaching that a first ring could be no older than 423 years. Tang San tried to restrain Lu Yuan with Blue Silver Grass, but Big Luck broke through it and knocked him down 4 5 6 7.

Tang San reported the encounter to Yu Xiaogang and took him to see Lu Yuan. Watching Big Luck defeat Yu’s Martial Soul convinced Tang San that Lu Yuan’s ring was genuine 7 8 9 10.
