After Dai Weisi and Zhu Zhuyun backed down from confronting Lin Xuan and Zhu Zhuqing, Dai Weisi ordered an investigation into Lin Xuan. Lin Xuan and the others enjoyed a meal and went shopping before discussing graduation plans.

• Dugu Yan, Ning Rongrong, and Ye Lingling supported Lin Xuan and Zhu Zhuqing, and Zhu Zhuyun persuaded Dai Weisi to leave the confrontation for the tournament arena.
• Lin Xuan and the others went to a restaurant, where Ning Rongrong treated the group to food and drink.
• Back at the Star Luo team’s hotel, Dai Weisi complained about Zhu Zhuqing and asked Zhu Zhuyun to bring Teacher Linna to him.
• Dai Weisi ordered Linna to investigate Lin Xuan in detail, and she agreed.
• After eating, Lin Xuan and the others accompanied Xiao Wu and Ning Rongrong shopping while Lin Xuan, Dugu Yan, and Ye Lingling discussed graduation requirements and plans.

Lin Xuan planned to test whether his Talismans could let him overcome Slaughter City's rules and pursue the Asura God's inheritance after the Soul Master Tournament. Meanwhile, Dai Weisi and Zhu Zhuyun reviewed information about Lin Xuan and Zhu Zhuqing as they prepared for the competition.

• Lin Xuan considered how events after the Soul Master Tournament might differ from the original story and decided he would leave Heaven Dou City to train, with Slaughter City as a possible destination.
• Lin Xuan spent the day with Ning Rongrong, Xiao Wu, and the others before they returned to their hotel, where Xiao Wu and Ning Rongrong stopped Zhu Zhuqing from approaching him alone.
• Linna gave Dai Weisi information about Lin Xuan's Martial Soul, level, and elemental abilities, and Dai Weisi concluded that his and Zhu Zhuyun's physical attacks would avoid much of Lin Xuan's attribute suppression.
• Zhu Zhuyun showed Dai Weisi that Zhu Zhuqing had reached Level 43, and she felt relieved that her sister now had powerful allies and no longer needed to fight her.
• Dai Weisi dismissed the danger posed by Lin Xuan and said their Hell White Tiger Martial Soul Fusion Skill could defeat even a Soul Emperor.
