Allen gathered allies and prepared a war against the World Government while rescuing Hancock and bringing Yamato and Nana into his circle. The stretch ended with Allen and Yamato disappearing from the ship together as Robin and Nana settled in.

• Allen told Rayleigh that Dragon was Garp's son and would found the Revolutionary Army, then traveled with him to Ohara and met Robin as the Marines arrived to destroy the island.
• Allen confronted Kizaru on Sabaody, demanded compensation for the Adam Tree, and later recruited Dragon, Kaido, Shanks, and Whitebeard for an assault on Mary Geoise.
• Allen defeated Kaido, won permission to take Yamato away, and continued clashing with Marines while Rayleigh, Gaban, and Dragon joined the fight to protect Ohara.
• Allen rescued Hancock and her sisters, while the Navy named him its highest-priority target and sent Kizaru, Aokiji, and Vice Admirals after him.

Allen’s forces clashed with Imu, the World Government, and rival pirate crews while the old legends returned to battle. The fighting left Hachinosu’s allies rebuilding and tending to the wounded, while Shanks woke with fragmentary memories of his rampage.

• Allen persuaded Yamato to enter the Food Competition, then proposed reorganizing the World Government and creating a martial arts tournament.
• After Big Mom’s death and Sengoku’s resignation, Akainu became Fleet Admiral, and a CP0 commander threatened Rayleigh to force Allen to surrender Pluton and Vegapunk’s clone.
• Ace and Sabo fought Akainu until Allen brought Hancock and Yamato to the battlefield, and Yamato froze Akainu’s magma attack.
• The fighting spread across Marijoa as the Human Weapons and Revolutionary forces battled the World Government, and the rejuvenated Roger Pirates and Whitebeard’s crew arrived.
• Imu unleashed black light over Rock Island, demonizing many fighters, while Allen escaped with his allies and the old legends prepared to fight.
• Imu possessed Gunko and controlled Rayleigh, who killed Allen with the Demon Sword before Imu departed and the battle continued.

Allen fought the World Government’s forces while gathering allies and preparing to overthrow Imu, as battles spread across Marineford, Hachinosu, and Mary Geoise. The arc ended with Allen arranging a prisoner exchange for Rayleigh and moving Shakky to safety.

• Whitebeard surrendered the Dog Head to the rejuvenated Roger-era legends, and the Marines boarded the Oro Jackson.
• Allen comforted Hiyori after claiming Momonosuke was dead, then Doflamingo sought Big Mom’s help against Allen and refused her demand to father a child.
• Imu possessed Rayleigh and attacked Allen, while Allen later removed the Abyss Mark from Shanks with the Heavenly Demise Sword.
• Allen restored Whitebeard’s strength with three Life Springs and proposed that they attack Mary Geoise in a month.

Allen’s battles with the World Government escalated as Hachinosu’s defenders faced Big Mom’s fleet and the war spread across the battlefield. After defeating Shanks and taking Big Mom’s Devil Fruit power, Allen opened the way for his Imperial Guards to attack the Marines at Rock Island.

• Ace and Sabo defeated Aokiji with a synchronized flame attack, and Allen sealed the unconscious admiral in a spatial bubble.
• Doflamingo formed a Birdcage over Hachinosu and injured fighters from the Big Mom Pirates, Hachinosu’s allies, and the Red-Haired Pirates.
• Big Mom declared Hachinosu the Charlotte Family’s new base as its defenders prepared for her fleet’s invasion.
• The Five Elders ordered the Marines to capture Rayleigh as a hostage, while Allen arrived at Rock Island and demanded his release.
• Allen clashed with Imu in Marijoa, and their battle shattered the Flower Chamber and sent shockwaves across the city.
• Allen fought the Marines at Rock Island, where Sengoku struck him into a crater before Allen returned through a spatial vortex with Rayleigh, Yamato, Ace, and Sabo.
