Yor looked at her colleagues, all vying to help her, and her eyes instantly filled with tears.
She had always thought she was a misfit, a "freak" who kept to herself and struggled to socialize. She had never imagined that so many people would step forward to help her when she was in trouble.
She rose and bowed deeply to everyone, her voice catching. "Th-thank you, everyone! I'm so sorry to trouble you all!"

The secretary hurried to report, "Lady Samui, a clerk in the office area named Yor apparently had a child fail today's Ninja Academy entrance interview. Word is the interviewer gave her child a hard time."
"Her colleagues are trying to use their connections to help her."
"Lady Samui, this seems to be against the rules. Should I stop them?"
Samui listened, then glanced through the glass wall at the impassioned crowd outside. Her face remained as cool and impassive as ever.
After a few seconds of silence, she gave a slight wave of her hand. "Let them be."
The secretary looked surprised but answered respectfully, "Yes." She quietly withdrew.
Samui turned back to the document in her hand as though nothing had happened. Only the faintest softening at the corners of her cold mouth suggested otherwise.
The Canopy Screen's scene ended there.
In the Raikage's Office, Fourth Raikage A had watched the fat interviewer use viciously tricky questions to pressure a little girl with pink hair until he made her cry.
Veins bulged across his forehead, and his clenched fists creaked.
"Samui!" he roared, his voice exploding like thunder. "Do we have a bastard like that in Kumogakure right now?!
