Super God: The Foundation, Starting with SCP Fabrications

Just as Leina expected, after hearing her out and thinking it over briefly, General Pan Zhen agreed to her proposal.

Pan Zhen then sent an application to the SCP Foundation through the Myriad Races Livestream in the name of Liyang Star.

He asked whether the SCP Foundation would allow Leina to enter Earth.

"President, we've received a private message from Pan Zhen of Liyang Star."

Jiang Chen was sitting in a classroom, devising the next anomaly, when Kuroto spoke up. "Pan Zhen wants to know whether the Sun Goddess, Leina, may enter Huaxia."

Jiang Chen considered it for a moment, then said, "Agreed. I'll send you a Code of Conduct shortly."

"Pass it on to Pan Zhen."

"As long as Leina follows it, she can go."

With that, Jiang Chen spent a thousand knowledge points in the system shop to obtain a copy of the Code of Conduct. He sent it privately to Kuroto to pass on to Pan Zhen.

That settled, Jiang Chen returned to devising his next anomaly: the Plague Doctor.

He also wondered whether he should establish an organization like the Men in Black to manage powerful visitors from other worlds.

After all, as time went on, more and more aliens would want to come to Earth.

If he had to approve every one of them personally, he would have no time for anything else.

There was no rush, though.

He could decide after he finished devising the next SCP anomaly.

"They actually agreed! But she has to follow the Code of Conduct!"

Pan Zhen had not expected such a quick reply from the SCP Foundation. He had barely sent his request when Doctor Kuroto's response arrived.

Even more surprising, the SCP Foundation had approved Leina's application and sent him a Code of Conduct.

Seeing Pan Zhen's stunned expression, Leina smiled. "Uncle Pan, I told you."

"The SCP Foundation was bound to approve my application."

Pan Zhen nodded, then cautioned her. "This is an opportunity for Liyang Star."

"You must make the most of it."

"And whatever you do, don't violate the Code of Conduct."

"If you do, no one can protect you!"

"Spend the next few days studying it. Once SCP-096 has been contained, you can go to Earth."

Leina wanted to argue that one scan of the Code of Conduct would be enough for her to memorize it.

She could go to Earth right now.

But when she saw the look in General Pan Zhen's eyes, she gave in.

I've waited thousands of years already. A few more days won't hurt.

What Leina did not know was that Pan Zhen wanted her to wait so he could see whether the SCP Foundation truly was as extraordinary as Doctor Bai Ting had claimed...

What if Doctor Bai Ting had been talking out of her ass?

Just then, the SCP Foundation livestream changed. Doctor Bai Ting's figure faded away, replaced by SCP-096's strangely contorted form.

Judging by its surroundings, it appeared to be on the moon.

When SCP-096 appeared on the SCP livestream, the viewers instinctively avoided looking at its pixelated face.

Some viewers even closed the stream altogether, worried that the SCP Foundation might be trying to trick them.

Missing one livestream was nothing to them. There was no reason to risk their lives to watch it.

One group was the exception: the intelligent species of the Giant Wolf Civilization.

After hearing Doctor Bai Ting's words, they had fallen into utter panic. In an instant, their homeworld descended into unprecedented chaos.

Everyone scrambled to flee the planet.

Where would they go?

It did not matter. What mattered was scattering across the universe and silently hoping the SCP Foundation would keep its promise and contain SCP-096 within twenty-four hours.

Then they might survive.

Some Giant Wolf warriors, however, remained convinced that the SCP Foundation was bluffing.

The Giant Wolf Civilization served Death God Karl, after all. They had spent three or four thousand years waging war across the universe in pursuit of his research into death.

Yet they had never heard of anything called the Heavenly Principle Consciousness.

Much less of using an anomaly and the Heavenly Principle Consciousness to wipe out an entire species.

Wasn't that sheer fantasy?

[Sengoku: Is it starting? I'd never even heard of the Heavenly Principle Consciousness before this. I can't believe the Foundation can already use it to attack.]

[Giant Wolf Leader: Of course you haven't heard of it. The SCP Foundation is lying. There's no such thing as the Heavenly Principle Consciousness! They made it up!]

[Pain: Even if there's no Heavenly Principle Consciousness, I still support the Foundation wiping you out. Every invader deserves to die!]

[Kakashi: Then so do you!]

[Pain: That's right. Once I've achieved my ideal, I'll take my own life!]

[Monkey D. Dragon: Pain, if we lived in the same world, I think we'd be friends!]

[Pain: Mm!]

[Tatsumaki: I believe Doctor Bai Ting. Why would she lie? There's no point lying about something that'll be proven one way or the other so soon!]

[Giant Wolf Leader: Tatsumaki, you little brat. You don't understand a thing, so shut up!]

[Hellish Blizzard: Look, everyone, the Giant Wolf Leader's panicking! If he really believed the SCP Foundation was lying, why would he be so worked up? He's obviously scared!]

[Giant Wolf Leader: You're from the monster world, right? You'd better never reveal your coordinates, or else...]

[Ichigo Kurosaki: They're not afraid of you. Even if the entire Gluttonous Legion attacked, I doubt they could do much to that world.]

[Naruto: Look! SCP-096 is moving!]

Naruto's words drew everyone's attention back to the livestream. SCP-096, which had been huddled quietly in a corner of a lunar crater, seemed to sense something.

Suddenly, it let out a series of heartrending wails.

There was no air in space, so no one should have heard a sound. Yet they could hear SCP-096 crying clearly.

That violation of common sense made their hearts sink.

The Giant Wolf Leader, in particular, felt a fear unlike anything he had known spread through him.

Then SCP-096 pushed lightly against the ground with its long, twisted legs and shot upward like a cannonball...

It launched from the moon and headed straight for the Gluttonous Battleships stationed near Pluto.

As it traveled, it accelerated. In the blink of an eye, its speed climbed from an initial 30 km/s to the speed of light. And it kept accelerating.

Faster and faster, with no sign of stopping.

Pluto was roughly six billion kilometers from Earth; even light took 5.6 hours to make the trip. Yet SCP-096 reached Pluto from the moon in just three seconds...

Without pausing, it charged straight at the battleships carrying Sirius Clan warriors!

Boom!

Armor capable of withstanding a nuclear blast might as well have been air before SCP-096. It could not slow it down for even a microsecond...

Under the terrified gaze of the livestream viewers, SCP-096 tore through the battleship's interior in the blink of an eye.

It ripped the more than five thousand well-equipped Giant Wolf warriors aboard to pieces.

It moved so fast that even the powerful figures watching from various worlds could not fully make out its movements.

All they saw was a streak of light passing through the massive battleship. Every Giant Wolf warrior inside was reduced to pulp.

Before anyone could react, SCP-096 entered the second battleship and began slaughtering the Giant Wolf warriors inside.

One after another, the ships became hells of blood and flesh.

Some Giant Wolf warriors tried to flee aboard small shuttles, but before they could move an inch, they too were reduced to pulp.

Then the ships exploded in towering bursts of flame, turning everything inside to ash.

Under SCP-096's assault, two thousand Giant Wolf battleships blew up across space like a string of firecrackers. Nearly a million elite Giant Wolf warriors...

Were utterly wiped out.

And SCP-096 had taken only ten seconds!

That was right. From the moment it left the moon to the destruction of all two thousand Giant Wolf battleships, less than ten seconds had passed.

Throughout it all, it had not directly killed a single enemy outside the Sirius Clan. Of course, many Gluttonous warriors had also died in the battleship explosions.

But SCP-096 had not mistaken any of them for its targets.

Such terrifying efficiency, such precision, such a horrifying method of slaughter... Everyone watching the livestream was dumbstruck!

Whoever they were, they stood frozen at the sight, their eyes wide with disbelief.

Their bodies trembled uncontrollably, and cold sweat poured from them. Some viewers with weaker constitutions fainted outright.

They could hardly be blamed!

The images on the livestream were just too damn shocking.

What they had seen defied common sense so completely that it shattered their understanding of reality. The whole world began to feel unreal.

Ten seconds. Two thousand battleships. A million elite Giant Wolf warriors. Put together, those words defied imagination.

Not even their myths contained anything this outrageous. Myths still needed a little logic, but anomalies did not...

That was why they were called anomalies.

They made no sense at all. Their very existence seemed designed to break every established rule.

The laws of the universe, every known principle, common sense itself... All of it failed before them. Wherever they appeared, they became the laws of the universe. They became logic. They became common sense!

Defy them, and death was all that awaited you.

And sometimes, faced with an anomaly, death was a mercy.
