After reporting his findings to Qin Shi Huang, Black-and-White Xuan Jian had known he could never beat the enemies from other worlds by force.
So he had disguised himself as the Sound Hashira, Tengen Uzui, and used his memories to reach the Demon Slayer Corps Headquarters ahead of the others.
He had expected the factions from other worlds to clash outside the headquarters. Then he could seize the chance to abduct Kagaya Ubuyashiki.
But to his surprise, they had joined forces.
That left him no time to carry Kagaya Ubuyashiki off. His only option was to hold him hostage.
He hoped their concern for Kagaya Ubuyashiki would stay their hands!
It was his one slim chance of survival!
And so the three sides stood deadlocked.
While the monster army led by Meow-Meow, the ninja army led by the Second Tsuchikage, Mu, and Black-and-White Xuan Jian faced off at the Demon Slayer Corps Headquarters...
SCP-049, the Plague Doctor, was treating the "pestilence" at an astonishing rate.
With the help of three ninja possessing the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan, the capture of "pestilence carriers" had accelerated beyond anything before!
In just over ten minutes, they rounded up nearly every "pestilence carrier" in several nearby towns.
Then, through that stomach-turning conversion procedure, he turned them all into SCP-049-2. The newly converted SCP-049-2 joined the hunt for...
"Pestilence carriers."
By the time it would have taken to eat a meal, the number of SCP-049-2 had reached tens of thousands.
"Find the ninja with cracks on their faces!"
As SCP-049, the Plague Doctor, led his vast army toward the place where the "pestilence" was most concentrated, he gave the order to Gen Uchiha and the others, now converted into SCP-049-2:
"They have the highest concentration of pestilence."
"They need my treatment most!"
"If they don't receive treatment in time, they'll spread the pestilence to even more people!"
"If the pestilence gets out of control, all will be lost!"
Upon receiving SCP-049's order, Gen Uchiha and the others, now SCP-049-2, shot into the sky to search for carriers with extremely high "pestilence concentrations"...
And obvious cracks on their cheeks!
Not long after they left, a group of SCP-049-2 carried the corpse of a pig-headed monster before SCP-049, the Plague Doctor.

If a converted Uchiha can evolve a One-Tomoe Sharingan into an Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan, then maybe a monster's corpse...

Then something seemed to occur to SCP-049. He crouched beside the pig-headed monster's corpse and examined it carefully for a while...
Then continued, "But to prevent the 'pestilence' from spreading..."
"I suppose I'll have to destroy this corpse!"
"If even the beasts are infected with the 'pestilence,' then it must exist in your world too!"
"Let me find the coordinates of your world!"
