Ye paused, then continued. "Under the relevant regulations, Kaguya Ōtsutsuki is therefore also subject to our reckoning."

"So we will use Simulated Power to release Kaguya Ōtsutsuki from her seal!"

Black Zetsu grew visibly agitated at Ye's words.

He tried to argue.

But no matter how hard he struggled, the white beam's seal would not let him make a sound.
