After watching the Divine Agents demonstrate their overwhelming powers, Dragon Kingdom’s leaders argued over whether to negotiate or fight. Long Qianshan and Yue Xiaofei rejected surrender, and Yue Xiaofei’s killing intent left the conference room stunned.

There, Yue introduced Li to Reverse Scale Squad as Sequence 009, the Sword Immortal, while warning them that Li was formidable in rain but nearly helpless in dry weather.
