Despite the powerful enemies before them, Abu's words reminded Rover of Mo Bai.

Abu had said the same thing when he met Mo Bai.

But this was no time to stand around in a daze. They needed to find the alarm clock and get out. The monsters' whispers were reminder enough.

For some reason, the monsters kept pouring out of this Sonoro. No matter how many they killed, more appeared, giving them no chance to catch their breath.

"Screech!"

An enormous orange bird wreathed in purple lightning swooped down from the sky and cleared the monsters in one strike.

But the person on its back knew they couldn't afford to drag this out. She ordered her mount to hurry over to Rover and Siglica.

"Get on!"

The woman standing on the giant bird's back, with long black hair and dark eyes, reached out toward Rover and Siglica.

She looks familiar...

That was Rover's first thought upon seeing her.

"Hei! Come on, let's get on!"

Seeing that the newcomer was her friend, Siglica grabbed Rover's arm and leaped onto the enormous Nue's back.

"All right. Let's get out of here first."

Once everyone was aboard, Mo Hei ordered Nue to fly back the way she had come.

She didn't know what those monsters were, either.

But while searching for Siglica, she had spotted the gateway out of this Sonoro: an alarm clock.

Whoosh!

Nue sped through the space and soon brought the girls on her back to the alarm clock.

After one final flash of white light, the Sonoro returned to its usual calm.
