Also, I wanted to ask you all something. I've written a little warfare lately, and I have to say, wars in Elect Your Dad are really hard to write. First, individual combat power in Elect Your Dad is quite different from Warhammer, making armies a lot less relevant. Some details about armies are things I can only find in the Wizards authors' reader Q&As, which really ties my hands when I'm writing.
On top of that, whenever I write about war, subscriptions plummet. A lot of readers say they skip all the war content. Since readers don't enjoy it and I struggle to write it, I might as well wrap it up as soon as possible, then focus on territory development, building up the protagonist's own faction and strength, adventures, and the harem.
So far, the protagonist has already faced two contenders for the Crown of Chaos: Be'lakor and Lorgar. Both will return later to compete fiercely with the protagonist. As the protagonist becomes more famous, more and more freaks from 40K will show up, all of them coming to compete with the protagonist for the Crown of Chaos.
The adventure content will have to wait a while. The protagonist will undertake a grand adventure along the route from Cormyr to Evereska, Elturel, Baldur's Gate, and finally *** Island.
The territory-development content will mainly involve training an army, establishing a government, growing stronger, and building a wizard tower and the Pool of Chaos.
As for the harem, I can say clearly that every female character except Big Dragon Aegir has an independent storyline of her own, including the young lady Charlotte, who currently seems the most like mere eye candy.
