Big Dragon Aegir's arrogant laughter and constant manipulation of those force fields gave Daba-Thorn, who was battling the dragon below, a terrible headache. Most of the Legendary Druid's spells were ineffective against the Legendary Force Dragon overhead. The woodland guardians, plague swarms, and formations of earth bones that Daba-Thorn had painstakingly prepared could do nothing against Aegir, who simply flew overhead and refused to land. The Legendary Force Dragon had inherited the wisdom of her bloodline, and that ancestral knowledge told her that as long as she stayed off the ground, this Legendary Druid could not defeat her.
Opposite Big Dragon, Daba-Thorn braced himself for a formidable enemy. He realized that defeating this Legendary Dragon might be very difficult indeed.
As a Legendary Archdruid, Daba could use the Ninth Circle spell True Polymorph to turn himself into a dragon and fight Aegir in melee. But he knew that if he truly chose to become a dragon, Aegir could tear him apart with a Legendary Force Dragon's strength and constitution.
