At almost the same instant Black Zetsu triggered the Binding Talisman, Kazan's Observation Haki caught a glimpse of what was about to happen.

He wasn't the only one. Misa Uchiha felt it too: heat surged through her heart, as though it were about to burst.

At almost the same moment,

Jing Uchiha was closing in fast. His voice reached them before he did.

"Misa!"

He couldn't stand by and do nothing. He simply didn't want to watch a living person die right in front of him.

Her life had only just begun. She still had so much ahead of her.

Though they had only just met, she trusted Kazan completely.

Jing Uchiha finally arrived, as though everything had been arranged to bring him there at that moment.

He stood frozen, disbelief filling his eyes.

What was he seeing?
